I'm not sure what's happening with your app recently, especially today...not able to book and noone answering the phone..unusual as never a problem before...
Difficult to type a new location. Says there are no drivers available a lot. Seems to have a problem if the waiting time is more than 5 minutes. No option to accept a wait greater than 10 mins which would have been acceptable.

Not very good keeps crashing. I have to keep logging back in which takes multiple attempts to the point I have uninstall the app

Very good app
The app does not allow you to select pick up address. They were late coming to pre booked pick up. Then the ride was so fast it was dangerous. 60mph on bendy country lanes. 74 on 50 road.
